FAQ
What does in network mean?
In network means we have a direct agreement with your insurance company, Aetna. Your insurance will likely cover a large portion of the cost of therapy.
What does out of network mean?
Out of network means we don’t have a contract with your insurance company, but you can likely still use your insurance to see us. Your insurance may reimburse part of the cost of therapy depending on your plan. Many of our clients choose to use an out of network provider after connecting with one of our therapists who feels like the right fit.
How can I use my insurance to cover therapy?
If you’d like to use your insurance to cover therapy, let us know when you sign up for a session. We will walk you through the process, handle the paperwork, and process all claims for you.
Most insurances have a deductible which must be met before companies will reimburse for services. Once your deductible is met, you are often only responsible for a co-insurance fee. This fee often ranges between $40-$100.
